Thanks for the comment.  I wondered the same thing when I made the two dishes, but overall I found the texture of Dave's to be so much better (I think he still would have won).  

The mac and cheese idea is a great one (I try to use two Food TV chefs, but maybe, I will do a three way race this week with Martha as the final candidate.)  Thanks for visiting! (and keep an eye out for the mac and cheese face-off)</description>
